"I completed the 8 weeks block at JW fitness. I have been attending PT sessions but I still was struggling to get my food and meal prep right! Justin made sure to get me on the right track straight away and put me at ease from the get go! I was asked my favorite food and I was allowed to incorporate that into my meal plan which made it so much easier. There were 5 easy meals to prepare each day and yummy meals too! At the start I felt it was a huge adjustment but Justin was only ever a text away to answer all my questions! What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but get you results fast! We’ve helped 100’s of people who’ve never stepped into a gym before get into amazing shape while boosting their confidence. So whether you’re a first-timer or you have some past exercise experience, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!

What can I expect after the 2025 Challenge?

After just 8 weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of energy right from when you wake up in the morning and throughout the whole day.
