"I completed the 8 weeks block at JW fitness. I have been attending PT sessions but I still was struggling to get my food and meal prep right! Justin made sure to get me on the right track straight away and put me at ease from the get go! I was asked my favorite food and I was allowed to incorporate that into my meal plan which made it so much easier. There were 5 easy meals to prepare each day and yummy meals too! At the start I felt it was a huge adjustment but Justin was only ever a text away to answer all my questions! The weekly check ins were brilliant and kept me on track and I was more motivated to achieve my goals for the next week. I became eager to train well, get my steps up, drink more and follow a good food plan.

Justin is a very approachable trainer and communicates each exercise set in a clear and concise manner. Each P/T session, small group session and class session are ALWAYS different, targeting different muscle groups. Justin knows exactly when to push you on AND when to pull you back
